FALLEN ANGEL REMIX

A recreation of an adored painting: The Fallen Angel, painted by Alexandre Cabanel in 1847.

This adaptation is an exercise in stylization and exaggeration of anatomy.

INTUITION

A visual serving as a personal reminder:

Intuition is a powerful tool despite its unknowable nature. We may not always understand the instincts we feel but the palpability of the sensation – the gut feeling – should be treated as a guide.

The words on the illustration read: “When intuition screams from somewhere in the depths of yourself follow its beacon… how foolish to deafen its loudness.”

ENTANGLEMENT

Figures intertwined in internal and relational conflicts; represented through abstraction and exaggeration.

TRINAGLE TRILOGY

A triptych of collaged landscapes focused on reducing form to basic shapes (namely triangles), colours, and textures.

SUSTAINED TERRAINS

A triptych depicting worlds untouched by civility.

These images of extreme climates are governed solely by wild life and remain unblemished by human interference.
